HIIT is a type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high-intensity movements followed by short periods of lower-intensity movements.

This high-intensity interval training combined with the properties of water, results in a fun, yet effective workout to blast the calories and get you in terrific shape.

Please note: All participants must be comfortable and water-safe in deep water.
