This class is for students who have already attended one of my Kids Baking classes, and for teens with some working knowledge in the kitchen. We will focus on more advanced baking techniques. Possible items we can work on include French macarons or laminated pastry. If the students are interested, we will also use some "alternative" flours to expose them to gluten-free baking and the thought process behind ingredient substitution. This class is open to teens, 13-17 years.
