Please read:  Please note: Once you have enrolled in this class you may work out any time the fitness center is open. You do not need to work out only at the time listed. Orientation Begins: 8/27/18 and Orientation Ends: 9/17/18. You MUST check in with the fitness center staff prior to attending the first date after registering for this class. The First Day of workout 9/10/18 and the Last Day of workout is 12/17/18. Schedule is subject to change by the Fitness Center.
