This class is for students who have already attended one of my Kids Baking classes for the Advanced Baker, and for teens with some working knowledge in the kitchen. We will focus on more advanced baking techniques. We will work on more advanced concepts such as laminated pastry and macarons. If the students are interested, we will also use some "alternative" flours to expose them to gluten-free baking and the thought process behind ingredient substitution. This class is open to teens, 13-17 years.
