During our time together we will learn how to recognize and avoid, reduce or eliminate stressors in our lives. Utilizing a form of EFT (short for Emotional Freedom Technique) we will reduce tension, promote a deeper mind-body connection, and manage symptoms of anxiety, depression or stress.
