It can be said that Tai Chi Chuan has a transformative effect for many types of people. All levels are welcome, from the casual exerciser to the serious practitioner. However, this class will focus on the introduction to fluid movement while breathing. The style and sequencing of these movements will enable everyone to learn the exercise and principles in a supportive manner.  The class philosophy will refer to the forces of balance within. The slow deliberate movements are incorporated together to impart a low-impact martial art with amazing results.  You will feel refreshed and energized while recovering health and balance.

Please read:  IIt is suggested that participants wear supportive athletic shoes. PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE COVID-19 VIRUS PANDEMIC THIS CLASS WILL BE TAUGHT ONLINE. IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE YOU WILL NEED A COMPUTER, SMART PHONE OR TABLET WITH A CAMERA AND AUDIO CAPABILITIES AND INTERNET ACCESS. DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO "JOIN THE CLASSROOM" WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL AFTER REGISTRATION AND CLOSER TO THE START DATE OF CLASS . You should have 4-5 ft of clear space to workout safely.
