Stress and Anxiety Relief Techniques

During our time together we will learn how to recognize and avoid, reduce or eliminate stressors in our lives.  Utilizing a form of EFT (short for Emotional Freedom Technique) we will reduce tension, promote a deeper mind-body connection, and manage symptoms of anxiety, depression or stress. Lowering the body’s stress response and promoting relaxation may work to lower cortisol level in the body.  Taught by Frances M. O’Brien, Certified in Advanced 
Emotional Freedom Technique.
