What if “meditation” was as easy as just sitting there?  Or perhaps “just sitting there” seems impossible for you? Join Katie and learn easy tricks to relax your body, brain, and heart. She will demystify meditation and make it fun along the way. Each class—a blend of theory, discussion, and practice—suggests simple ideas from worldwide, timeless, and ancient experiences to settle into quiet. No prior experience necessary, or if you’ve tried one kind of meditation, and it didn’t work for you, give this class a try! Wear comfortable clothes, find a cozy place in your home, and let meditation work its magic! Ages 14+.
