This three-week teen cooking series teaches foundational culinary skills in a safe, fun, and interactive environment.

Each session focuses on core techniques students can use at home, such as knife skills, mise en place, sauteing, roasting, and stir-frying. Students cook in pairs, gain hands-on practice, and enjoy tasting their creations at the end of class.

By the end of the series, participants will have the confidence to prep and cook meals independently while developing a lifelong love for healthy, seasonal, and plant-forward cooking. Each week features a fun, plant-forward recipe: a colorful vegetable stir-fry, hearty vegetable soup, and roasted vegetable pasta.

This series is designed to be approachable, interactive, and empowering, making it an ideal choice for teens seeking practical skills, creativity, and independence in the kitchen.
