Turn fresh bread into edible art in this fun and creative hands-on class.

Students will make focaccia dough from scratch and decorate it with seasonal vegetables, herbs, and olives arranged to resemble a vibrant garden. Learn simple bread-baking techniques while creating a stunning and delicious loaf. Participants learn the fundamentals of focaccia dough while creating visually striking “garden” designs using fresh herbs and vegetables.

The class focuses on dough mixing, fermentation basics, and creative food presentation.
