Students must purchase the required materials for the class. Download the supply list from the class description or contact the Community Services office to obtain the list.
This course offers students instruction on basic watercolor techniques in order to bring out their artistic expression. Topics covered in class include: color mixing, color application, brush stroke techniques, plus much more.
No experience needed, all are welcome to join!
The instructor will cover concepts such as:
- Basic color theory
- Composition
- Brush strokes
- Blending
- and more.
Students need to have access to:
- A basic set of watercolor paint set (tube paint will work)
- A watercolor paper pad (9”x12” preferably)
- 2 cups or tin cans
- A rag or small towel
- Watercolor brushes
- Pencil
- Eraser
- Masking tape
