Learn Yang style T'ai C'hi Ch'uan and kidney tonic Qi Gong to improve balance, coordination, ease of movement, to strengthen legs, back and spine and mental acuity.
Course includes Qi Gong rudiments for learning Tai Chi from traditional Chinese training curriculum to improve range of motion of the limbs, neck and spine, learning movements and postures from the Yang style long form T'ai C'hi Ch'uan, and kidney tonic Qi Gong to restore from stress, fatigue and overwork.
Core concepts include learning to stimulate acupuncture meridians internally, directing breath energy throughout the body and increasing movement sensitivity. Class experience of Tai Chi and Qi Gong improves relaxed, receptive energy, restores coordinated respiration of body systems, heart rate and pulse rate, and improved skin sensations.
