REMOTE THROUGH LIVE VIDEO CONFERENCING
Continue your notary education by taking the Notary Loan Signing class (via zoom-Live seminar). We will review and you will be able to reconfirm your understanding of the notarization process (Q.A. section included). This class will help you better understand the signing and notarization of loan documents and, your role as a Notary Signing Agent.
This class covers:
A) In depth information about the main documents that the Notary Loan Signing Agent will notarize, with a loan package hands-on approach; by having each student assemble a loan package.
B) A Real Estate (R.E.) Section with a recap of the new types of R.E. sales & loans currently on the market.
C) A Marketing and Customer Service Section with a list of potential Sources and practical information on how to start their new business.
PREREQUISITES: Current notary public commission or successful completion of six hours of notary education. – Proper Government ID (For example: Driver License – DMV Identification Card – Current Passport)
NOTE: This class will be taught online using Zoom. You can download Zoom at https://zoom.us in the App Store or Google Play. Instructor will email class materials and an invitation to join the class after registration and prior to the start date of class.
