We will be focusing on the very basics of tap dance, developing proper tap technique, rhythm, and percussion.
Classes will include a warmup, across the floor exercises, and center work. We will be learning choreography along with creativity and improvising tap techniques. This class will help build the elements of tap dance musicality, vocabulary, and individual style.
The goal is to develop coordination and clarity with rhythm in a challenging, but fun way.
No previous tap experience necessary. Must have Tap shoes.
