Experience a hands-on culinary adventure from market to table! We’ll start at the farmer’s market, where you’ll learn how to choose the freshest seasonal produce and get inspired by what’s in season. After students purchase their own produce, we’ll head to the kitchen to turn our market finds into a delicious vegetarian meal that’s as colorful as it is nourishing. I’ll share tips for building flavor, balancing textures, and making plant-based cooking easy and approachable.

You’ll leave with new skills, recipes, and the confidence to cook creatively with fresh, local ingredients. Be sure to bring cash for the farmer’s market to purchase your seasonal produce for the class.
