Mediterranean feast: No Fry Falafel and The Fixings

Light, refreshing, and vegetarian. If you are looking for new, easy-to-prepare meal ideas for summer, than learning some Mediterranean dishes is perfect. In this class we will learn a light no-fry version of falafel—a garbanzo bean based pattie—and its wonderful companion dishes: tzatziki and taboule. This is a great class for all levels of cooking experience.
