If you love the flavors of Mexico, then you will love this class, which will give you the skills to create a beautiful brunch table. We’ll start with potato-corn cakes—think latkes but with a Latin flavor—and you’ll learn how to make one of my favorite dishes: Spanish rice (aka “red rice.) Then I will show you a fun way to serve eggs that is as decadent as eggs benedict, but easier and healthier.
