Rock Wall Climbing is the perfect, challenging physical activity for those currently in sports or as a sport on it's own.  Rock Wall Climbing requires both aerobic and anaerobic fitness, with the metabolic cost comparable to moderate to vigorous physical activity in adults. ... Available data show that Rock Wall Climbing can provide YOUTH with muscular strength and endurance building exercise, and possibly improve flexibility.  Rock Wall Climbing climbing encourages problem solving and boosts confidence as they strategize their way to the top!  An awesome alternative to competitive sports, rock climbing is a personal journey for climbers, building coordination and strength while staying in shape.  Youth work with an experienced instructors. Class size is limited.
